To cancel a pending order, please send an e-mail to info@thinkersrecourse.com with the subject line “URGENT - ORDER CANCELLATION.” Be sure to include your name, order number, and method of payment used for the order (so that we may refund your money right away).
If you would like to cancel part of your order, or amend the quantities ordered, please send an e-mail to orders@thinkersrecourse.com with the subject line “URGENT - ORDER AMENDMENT.” Also, be sure to include your name, order number, and method of payment used for the order (so that we may either refund your money right or adjust your bill accordingly).
We will respond to your cancellation request with the least possible delay. For obvious reasons, if your order has already been processed and shipped, we will be unable to complete the order cancellation.
If, when your order arrives, you would like to return it, please feel free to do so and we will refund your money, less shipping costs.
