Returns Policy
You may return any damaged item to Thinkers Recourse for a full refund within 15 days of the delivery of your shipment.
Prior approval is required for return items so we are aware that the item or items are being returned. Prior approval may be obtained by sending an email to orders@thinkersrecourse.com.
If there is an error in the item or items shipped (i.e. you received the wrong item), we will refund your return shipping costs at a regular Canada or United States Postal Service regular parcel rate (any expedited shipping services will be reimbursed at the regular parcel rate).
Refunds
We will notify you of your refund via e-mail after we have received and processed the returned item.
